My name is Dwight King. I have been baking cheesecakes for many years. They are a favorite at holiday gatherings and are looked forward to every year. I’ve taken them to work and have received very favorable comments. Co-workers always want to know when I’m going to bring in some more cheesecake.
Some of my cheesecakes are traditional and some are my own creation. There are many flavors to choose from and I am creating new flavor combinations all the time, as well as glazes/sauces to garnish them with. Cheesecake a la King is here for you to visually see and virtually savor the delicious flavors that will melt in your mouth. My crusts are also made of non-traditional cookie combinations, but the standard graham cracker crust is available, if requested. The cheesecakes are currently 9 inches in diameter and serve 12 to 16 depending on the size of the slice.
